Can't Scroll Down Runes or Masteries Pregame

Not a problem for masteries since you can edit and select the right one. But I can only see my first 9 Rune pages... I used to be able to scroll down to 10-15 before 6.11.

Anyone else having this problem?

Do I need to reinstall or something?
