PBE login error.

Just saying the info is entered wrong. I've hit forgot password, and typed the account name, and it says it sent an email, but i have not gotten any (tried it several time for a few hours).

Have also tried hitting forgot username, type my email, and it does not send one. I am signed up for PBE as far as I know still.
