[Gameplay] Tryndamere ult doesn't work

Just played a Tryndamere game, I died during my ult 3 times. I believe it has to do with Elise (she's the one that always dealt the killing blow).

This is on NA, Version 4.18.14_10_07_13_39

I don't know how to recreate (I think it's just an Elise ability that kills me or something)
