Invisible Cast of Ekko W

Just played a game vs Ekko mid. No circle appeared for me when he set down his W. Circle became visible as soon as it became active. This happened every time he used the ability. Only happened in one game, may have been a one off. But very annoying bug, hugely effects gameplay.
