Tahm Kench W Bug

A normal game started out with the enemy team invading with their blitz. As my adc was pulled into their team I leveled up w and flashed in to grab vayne. I did not eat him and he flashed away. The entire rest of the game I could not w my own adc EVER. I am not sure if this is due to some bugged interation between leveling up w really fast, blitz pull and maybe another enemies ability, or maybe him flashing away at the same time. I do not have the initial interation with the invade recorded. I started recording out of frustration with the bug.
