Free Champion Rotation, Kled missing

Hello once again,

Kled is missing in free champion rotation. It is already 3rd champion, that wasn't in it's free champion rotation 2 weeks after release along with Illaoi and Taliyah.

On first week new champions cost 7800 IP, on second week new champions cost 6300 IP, on third week they are in free rotation.
