[GAMEPLAY] Soraka can heal Jarvan's flag

A silly bug, but I played a game with a Jarvan and I was able to heal his flag (E) with my heal (W). This shouldn't be intentional as the flag has no HP and can get in the way when healing a teammate around his flag.
