Login Problems ( not like everyone else )

I was having the problem where I had to log in a couple times to get it to work. Now though, I was lagging bad in game (96 ping and 60fps) so idk why I was lagging. I figured I could just restart my client and it would fix the problem but it didn't, its only made it worse. I can't even login now.... all it says is "authentication successful" then goes to the "login on" and that's it... It won't actually let me log on it just sits there for longest I've waited was 20 min... Anyone else having these issues?
