AFK/ Leaving Punishment/ Lost my series

I was a part of the people who were disconnected yesterday and now I've logged back on and have to wait 5 minutes before I can que and my series is still counted as a loss. Really would like to not have to wait, I don't care as much about the seires loss w/e I can get back into it eventually but really though, can we fix the wait? anyone else experiencing grievance still because of the server drop yesterday?
