Victory LP gain bug?

Not sure if it's intended or related but when the login issues and ranked disabling occurred, I was playing a ranked game and then the postgame lobby wouldn't load, however it said on my account we had won the game but didn't receive any LP for the win. 10 minutes later my LP increased from 18 to 27 which meant I gained a total of 9 LP??? The past couple of games i got 17+ LP per win but what the hell is going with the LP gains?
