Tristana Twisted Treeline bomb invisible! - Gameplay

When my friends and I were playing on Twisted Treeline, one of my friends was playing Tristana when he put a bomb on a tower and it was completely invisible! You could always here the noises and seems like you can still stack the bomb. Just a bug that I wanted to share with you guys...
