Champ Select Crash [Client]

About every thrid game in ranked games (ranked 5s and dynamic) I will get in, then suddenly i can't see my runes or mastereis or trinket and the chat glitches out. When i scroll over where these things should be they pop up, but then sometimes it will crash all together and not respond. I have lost a decent amount of LP and I'm waiting in a delayed Q, even thought once I logged back in it said "an error has occured".
