glitch character stops moving and attacking not ping or fps help!! its destroying my ranked games

my character stops moving randomly and attacking it just stands still while the game goes on not fps or ping lag i checked i even tried making the launcher patch things and it still is having issues i need help i lost 2 ranked games because of this so far its disgustingly painful i was ahead as talon in lane really ahead then i stop moving for 10 secs and die to the 0/3 poppy this is painful and impossible to deal with please help
