Fiora Bug

So the other day I was playing Fiora and noticed that my passive had 2 vitals on the opponent. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a screenshot but it's the second time it happens. Both vitals were proc - able too. Anyways that's all for this bug. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?
