[GAMEPLAY] Taunts not taunting

In some games with champions that has taunts (Shen, Rammus, Galio) taunting a moving ennemy will not make them stop and attack you, they will continue with their move order without paying any attention to you or attacking anything.

To recreate the bug I guess you just have to taunt moving targets until it happens, It doens't happen everytime.
