No Glorious Champion Capsule reaching level 40

I reached level 40 couple days ago and it said i got glorious champion capsule but, when i went to open it it wasn't there anymore. Not sure if this is a bug or its suppose to happen but i would like an explanation. and if anyone else had this problem before.
