Big square in shop! Help plis!

Hey guys :)

I need some help, when im ingame and goes to the shop to buy items an big square comes up and block some of the shop. when i move the shop around it follows, the same thing happens when i go to settings and make it hard to shift settings for me. do someone know how to fix this??
