lobby not working

ok 2 patches ago my game was working fine, but after the akali rework trailer update. everytime i log in, i press play and it will take about 5 minutes to load after making the sound that its been pressed, now im inside the select game type screen,i select one it takes another 5 minutes to get me into role select screen, selecting a role takes another 5 minutes to register and meanwhile my find match button is greyd out for this duration, i select find match it takes another 5minutes to start queing. okay so iv been put through all this misery after my game my client will not load up unless i open task manager and close applications with league of legends then start this process all over. Just getting in a game takes 30minutes, iv looked for solutions and it seems that anyone with this problem gets ignored. iv spent alot of money on here and im about to quit, its not worth the misery right now. HELP PLEASE
