Unable to play 4.21

constant time outs in champ select, unless i somehow manage to be first pick i receive a connection timeout, and if i were to be first pick I freeze until 3 seconds from game load and in doing so end up with wrong masteries and runes since they wont even adjust. I absolutely adore the lp loss and time penalty given to me :D rip lol mac client 2014
