No IP for win

I think this is a bug. When i played earlier today, we won(it was the second soraka win on 2/6) and after we won it went straight to the league home screen. I tried turning off my league and waiting. When I checked in my match history, it said it was a win,but where it says the amount of ip earned, it was blank. And no ip was added to my account. idk if this was just me or this has happened to others.
