Hextech Crafting BUG?

So, i just re-rolled 3 skins (1 permanent, 2 shards) and after that a window opened that said "hextech crafting out of time" or something like that. After that it didn't show me what did i get, so i restarted client. And again my skin shards are gone and i didn't get anything... After restarting client few more times im just hopeing that this is just a bug... Did it happen to you guys before? If it did then pls tell me how to fix it.
