No champ select after accepting match. "Skip Waiting For Stats" page instead.

It has happened several times now where after i accept a match, i get a "stuck waiting for stats screen" instead of being put into champ select. Have a 30 minute wait period now because i have to keep dodging since i can't get into champ select. Never had this problem until updating to the new client.
