Client is not tracking bans properly [CLIENT]

As I queued up, I was waiting for the person before be (on the other team) to ban. Their timer ran out and we were put back into queue, but I found that I couldn't queue up again because it said I didn't ban a champion. I don't know if it was actually my turn to ban but the client didn't display it , or some other error.

I'm on the NA server, I queued up in the Normal Draft 5v5 queue for summoners rift. I queued up at around 2:50pm MST on 11/20/16 in patch 6.22. I selected top as my primary role and jungle as my secondary, and I was assigned the role of jungle. I was Bronze 3 in solo queue last season, but my MMR is probably below that. I was fourth on my team and the second on my team to ban. The enemy team banned first. I selected Diana as my intended champion. The previous bans were Veigar and Blitzcrank.
