Client frozen at "daily play" screen after completing a mission

low level acct (level 8 maybe?) jst finished a game and the daily play screen popped up with 3 options, when i hover over the lower half of the champ tile it gives me the select and view abilities options but when i move my cursor up to choose one, the selections disappear as if i were not hovering over anything at all. cant progress past the screen and every time i restart the client/computer it just shows up again and does the same thing. cant play, cant logout, cant pick a champ.. pls hlp
