[GAMEPLAY] Tahm devour Flash bug

I was playing a game as Shyvana and my allied Tahm devoured me. I decided to click where i wanted to go, and immediately upon leaving him my flash was used and set on cooldown. This same situation had happened to an allied Corki in the same game. My fingers were not on my keyboard as I tried to figure out what happened. Look into this.
