Game freezing and Texture issues

In my League of Legends games currently I've been experiencing random game freezes on League of Legends only, nothing else on my PC has been having this issue. As a match goes on longer the issue gets worse and worse. It got to the point of after one of these freezes the textures in the Blue side base disappeared completely. Any help or suggestions?
