bugsplat in champ select

This happened to my friend as well today, but while I was in champ select in my promos, my game bugsplatted, and fucking lost me my promos, along with a 30 minute dodge timer to go along with it (new ranked system keeps giving me my secondary role for some reason, even more so than my primary role, so got tired of it and dodged one). Is this happening to anyone else too, or just me, and are there any known fixes to this problem?
