Vladimir on howling abyss (ARAM)
pretty sure it's a bug, but everytime I start a aram game and have vlad, i dont start with full health. i played him 3 times with same results all 3 games, have soulstealer skin on in all 3 games

Maybe because you bought AP items and you got bonus health, but the fountain didn't heal you?
