Alpha Client Hextech Bug

Everytime i login to the alpha client, it says i earned a hextech chest, but when i go to check my loot, there's nothing there. this happens every single time and i can't figure out how to stop it. Does anyone have any solutions?

It's a bug on both clients right now where the popup loops for chests and keys. They are looking into a fix.
