i cant click on "Click here to earn bilgewater rewards"

I have restarted league multiple times and even restarted my laptop but for some reason i click on the thing and it does nothing. I can click anything else and be taken to the webpage etc. but i cant click on the thing to earn my third icon. Is there a way to fix this?

Happened to me for the first two events. Haven't finished event two to see if it's fixed lol.
