Cant pick or ban Champs [CRASH]

Every now and then the timer freez in champ ban/pick. I can still chat with my teammates but I cant ban or pick champ. About 2 min later Im back in lobby to que up. But offcourse Im banned for 5-10 min and also lost som lp?!
