Can't participate in the bilgewater event

I think it's some kind of bug.

I was on act 1, picked graves and went on to do the objectives. I first had to win a aram game, and I did as so. went too see my progress bar and it said I had to wait for 2 minutes for it to load. After that I logged out and went to bed.

Next morning I went in to see my progress bar if it "progressed", it did not. I was back at the Act 1: pick a path screen. I wondered what happened and so I picked graves and won my aram game. I wondered if it was an actual bug and so I logged off, logged back in, and guess what? I'm back at act 1: pick a path screen where I keep doing the same thing and no progress is done.
