Reconnect bug (cant play a game)

hi all i join a queue i pick my champ and then the game did't opend to me and i cant reconnect from the client pls help me (i hate playing with 200ms in pbe pls help me) I DELETED IT AND DOWNLOADED IT 2 TIME STILL THE SAME THNK AND I TRIED THE FULL REPAIR TOOL
