promos ended because of a bug in champ select

I wasnt able to ban or select a champion, no champ icons were visible on the screen but the timer was going down and telling me to select a champ. I got kicked out of champ select and it was counted as a dodge. As a result, my promos ended, thanks riot.

same happened to me on EUNE, me and my friend got a match and after we've accepted it we both got kicked with a bugsplat and when we logged in our accounts it put us in ranked with no champs to ban or to pick riot pls fix
