Selecting to Hit Accept or Decline (Not) Appearing in One for All Queue

Been trying to Queue up for some one for all Games with a buddy, Every time we Queue up He sees the accept or decline button while I see nothing but the number stop, Knowing that its just invisible and I can't click it when its not there. I tried matchmaking it myself,Restarting my client, I know its updated, he tried launching the queue, didn't work. I just would like to play the game you know? I've been warned and been giving a 5 and now a 10 minute warning for no reason. I don't have any extra apps running or anything that would effect my Matchmaking. It's just annoying cause I am getting prevented from playing the game and punished for nothing. Which sucks.
