Playing LOL on an OCE server in the Philippines

I live in the Philippines playing on OCE server. I started playing the game with 160 ping which was playable but as time passes by the ping started to rise to 200+ to reaching 300+ which made some champs unplayable. I would like to know why and how to fix this problem.

If you are using wireless get an ethernet cable. If you get short disconnects with an ethernet cable I can tell you what settings to change.
