Right clicking is unresponsive

My right-click button is very unresponsive; due to this problem, I can't ping or cast abilities without quick cast.

I tried a few things to solve this issue: I tried changing accounts which didn't help I tried a different mouse which made no difference I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which still did not fix my issue I tried resetting all my control settings, which still did not do anything

A few more details-- It seems when I press G (my ping button), and I spam right-click, after the 10th try, the ping will come out. On some days, this issue completely disappears; two days ago, I was having the time of my life because I thought that the issue was finally gone, but the next day, the problem was back.

I'm really struggling here, it's not an enormous issue like some of the others, but it's greatly lowering the quality of gameplay.
