Bann 14 days
They bann me 14days , so i waited 2 week and my account is still banned , can someone explain me why ??

You have to wait for 14 days exactly(as in to the last second) server side to be unbanned.
It's based upon server time which is PST so adjust to your time zone accordingly according to the exact time the email was sent. so if the email was sent out at 9:59 Pm PST then you have to wait until that time server wise.
