Frame Skipping and Crashing after Champ Select

I've been having a problem for the past few days where-in after champ select, I usually don't immediately go to the loading screen and if and when I do, I either get a black screen error which only fixes itself when I re-log, or i'm left at a blank loading screen ( The screen itself loads, but doesn't show the champs pics or names) which loads after a min or 2 but when that happens, it takes a long time for me to load even though iI have 25 - 40 ping. Then after I do get in the game, I tend to have frame skips and idk what's causing all these problems to be happening at the same time.
