Bug during picking summoner spells

Well after I downloaded the update, I joined a blind pick. As soon as I changed my summoner spells, my window in picking your champion and runes went dark. I couldn't select anything. I could see the count down and everything. But I couldn't change my champion or do anything. I couldn't type or even exit out of the game. I had to force quit it in the task bar below. Is anyone else getting this problem?
