Damaging someone recalling didn't stop them

Damage in the last fraction of a second of the recall won't stop it

I can second this. I didn't catch it on film, but a few games ago, myself and another teammate ambushed an Ahri that was revealed in brush trying to recall. She wasn't right at the end of its channel time, or anything. We burst her down to less than half health in a second or two, but it still didn't break the channel, and she recalled away.
