Tryndamere ult on beastmaster skin

When playing as tryn i hit my ult while being tethered by karma and i still died. My ult went on cooldown but i died still. It was on aram and i had the new beastmaster skin. My items were rav-hydra beserk greaves 2x dorans blade and 2x daggers
