Braums q bug

I was playing a ranked game as thresh/lucian bot lane against twitch/ braum. The braum had the dragon slayer skin on( dont know if that effects it to trigger. But when ever braum would q we see the animation leave his body but will go invisible so it was hard to dodge it. This is the first time this happened. And i was wondering if you can check and see if im not seeing things. I had my buddy spectate the match and he couldnt see it i was wondering if it was an in-game bug and only the enemy team which in my case was me against braum this effects.
