there was a unexpected error with the login session

So i keep trying to log into the game to play some ranked and yet every time i try to launch the cleint on any account after i log in and the client launchs i get a error message that states there was a unexpected error with the login session, i have un intalled and re installed the game with both a regular and clean install and the error still keeps happening. i have tried anything i can think of and tried logging in on multiple different accounts and none of them are letting me play the game. any assistance would be greatly appreciated
