Hextech Crafting Bug
So I opened a box and I got 150 Orange essence. I thought that was it so I clicked on the shop, after that it said I had earned the sweetheart Annie summoner icon. I never got the icon. T.T

if its from the box then you got a shard of the icon not the icon itself.
I can't even get key fragments or getting chests when having S- S or S+.. Please help me out with it! I've had like 4 times S and no chests in my inventory. But I've had the first chest. What did I do wrong?
I was crafting while I was lagging. I re-rolled a Beast Hunter Sej, but I can't see it anymore.
i just lost 2 skins, i rerolled with 3 skins: grungy nunu, muse sona, and academy ahri, and then when i rerolled, it was lagging, so i didn't get a skin, so i clicked my party button and then went back to hextech crafting and i only had my muse sona... basically i lost 2 skins when i was rerolling, and i got a muse sona skin permanent. I don't think I actually got muse sona when i rerolled because it was glitching before I got the skin. Pls give me my 2 skins back
