THIS GAME CRASHES AND COSTS ME MY PROMO GAME

my friends have the bug where this game will literally just crash for no reason like a hard crash and i never had it they would delete and reinstall the game and it will still do it now im in my final game to win my promos hella happy itll be an easy game im vsing a rengar top then out of no where my game crashes my whole pc to the point where i had to hard shut down my pc and it costed me my promo game id like to know why hasnt this been fixed and id like to be back in my promos because i feel robbed over something thats been happening forever now to people and it shouldnt be happening
