[Client] RITO FIX YOUR LOGIN PLZ (Game freezes computer????)

A few patches ago (maybe 3?) there was some kind of weird overhaul to the patcher, directly after i type in my username and password and it logs me in, it loads in, shows a black screen with text (welcome info), and my computer freezes entirely for 15 seconds. During this time, i cannot hit ctrl+alt+delete, or anything windows related. This issue does NOT repeat on subsequent logins, only on the first login... not sure why.

This is bad programming, someone is messing with windows backend shit and didnt debug on a wide enough scale. FIX THIS RITO PLZ!!!!
