question about possible bug report

Hello this is my first post here i believe, i was playing a normal game as support. And i was facing this lux support, now on some point she stunned me where i thought that was impossible. So after the game i watch the replay back and saw her stun go through 1 minion and bypass the second one instead of stunning the 2nd minion and first minion it stunned me. Now in this situation both minions where lined in a 90 degrees angle in front of me so how does her stun bypass the minions and still manage to hit me when im clearly out of range. Anyway to make a long story short i believe this could be a bug where do i send this clip to just in case.
