Lost Skin

1. Removed skin from Player Profile (Client)
2. I had received the "Lumberjack Sion" skin through mystery gift a few months ago, but when I checked today I no longer had access to it. It gives me the option to buy it, but I just want to know why I lost it.
3. I don't think I did anything, I just suddenly don't have the skin.

-I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this (I'm not very familiar with the board system right now). Anyhow, any help with this would be appreciated. I don't want to just randomly lose skins every now again you know?
