Nidalee Swipe (E) in Cougar form goes backwards?

Hello! Submitting a bug report for a friend. He was playing Nidalee and all game, her E went directly behind her all game. Didn't get a picture or anything, but it was consistent throughout the entire game. Always directly behind her. Nothing else was odd about the game.
